THE SUMMER AF PASTA ☀️

1. Wash your tomatoes then toss them into an oven-safe dish. Get a nice array colors in there…
2. Slice half an onion, add this to the pan along with 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then add oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. MIX this up (I used my hands).
3. Cut about 1/4 of the top of a garlic head off and place this onto your veggies in the pan.
4. Dig a little hole in the middle of the veggies to place your Boursin into. Drizzle another tablespoon or so of olive oil on top.
5. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 350F, or until the tomatoes are roasted.
6. While in the oven, make your pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to salt your water generously and save some pasta water when done.
7. When the roasted sauce is done, remove from the oven and mush everything together into a sauce, ensure to squeeze out the garlic cloves.
8. Add some pasta water if you wish, until your desired consistency is reached. Mix in the cooked pasta shells.
9. And you are done ✅
