MARRY ME CHICKEN RAMEN

1. In a bowl, whisk an egg to use for coating your chicken. In a separate bowl combine your bread crumbs, extra paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Dip your chicken into the egg wash then into the bread crumb mixture until thoroughly coated.
3. Heat your olive oil and chili oil over a large pan, then add your chicken and cook for 4 minutes per side until mostly cooked and the sides are golden.
4. Remove your chicken from the pan and then add a fresh couple tablespoons of olive oil. Once hot, add your garlic, sun dried tomatoes, paprika, chili flakes, and oregano. Stir for a few minutes until aromatic.
5. Now add your chicken stock and your cream. One minute later add your Parmesan cheese, grated. Place your chicken back into the both and bring to a boil then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
6. Again, remove your chicken, place this to the side. Now add your ramen noodles into the broth. Cook according to package duration.
7. Serve to large soup bowls, cut up your chicken and add it to the broth on an individual basis.
8. Top with edamame, bean sprouts, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Feel free to add some more chili oil here too. Enjoy!
