HOT HONEY BANG BANG SALMON BITES

1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently toss the salmon bites (skins removed, cut into 1-inch pieces) until evenly coated.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth to create the Bang Bang sauce.
4. Pour half of the Bang Bang sauce onto the seasoned salmon and toss gently to coat. Save the remaining half of the sauce for drizzling later.
5. Work in batches to avoid crowding, lay the salmon bites in an even layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip them, and fry for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
6. Transfer the crispy salmon bites to a plate and drizzle with the reserved Bang Bang sauce. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
