Honey Garlic Salmon Bowls with Creamy Sriracha
25 mins prepServes 2
Sticky honey garlic salmon, crunchy cucumber salad, and a drizzle of creamy sriracha that ties it all together. This recipe features Primal Kitchen Foods Creamy Sriracha made with avocado oil and real ingredients for the perfect amount of creamy heat.
1. If your salmon still has skin, remove it. Cut the fillets into large bite-sized cubes. Pat dry with paper towel. Add the salmon to a bowl with the seasonings (salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder), avocado oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, & ginger. Toss until coated. Marinate for as long as your patience allows.
2. Pre-heat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment. Spread the salmon. If air frying, cook for 8–10 mins. If baking in an oven, bake for about 12 mins. Optionally flip halfway.
3. Wash the cucumbers & slice thin. Optional: Sprinkle with salt, massage & let sit for 5 mins. Rinse a few times to remove the salt, then pat dry. Toss the cucumbers with soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sugar, sesame seeds, chili crisp, & sesame oil.
4. Assembly: Over a bed of rice, add the salmon bites, cucumber salad, avocado, carrots, & edamame. Finish with sesame seeds, green onions & lots of creamy sriracha sauce!
