CREAMY CHILI LIME SPAGHETTI

1. Cook your spaghetti according to the package and be sure to save some pasta water for the sauce. Set aside with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent any clumping.
2. Heat some olive oil in a large pan, once hot add your seasoned chicken breast. Cook your chicken for approximately 5 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil then the sliced onion. Stir for a few minutes.
4. Add the garlic, lime juice and chilis, stirring for one minute until aromatic.
5. Slowly add 1 cup of cream, whisking it in as you pour. Then add pasta water as you see fit, this will help create a thicker sauce. Add your lime zest and some more lime juice as you see fit (taste and add to your preference).
6. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and top with chicken breasts. Finally top with some parmesan, salt, and pepper.
7. And you are done ✅
